New patients are required to complete the necessary patient information forms and should arrive at the office 10 minutes early for this purpose. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please contact our office as far in advance as possible to cancel and re-schedule the appointment.

We make every effort to remain on schedule and prevent excessive waiting. It is for this reason we request that you arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are having a medical emergency which requires immediate attention, call 911. If you have an urgent matter outside of regular office hours which cannot wait until the next business day, please call (805) 496-6613 and Dr. Block or the physician on call will telephone you as soon as possible. If you are pregnant and in labor (or unsure whether you are in labor) or if your water breaks (or unsure whether your water has broken) go to directly to Labor & Delivery at Los Robles Hospital.
